Nicknames/Aliases: Raiden -Lightning
Age: 29
Appearance: Against his will, he was created by the military as the next generation soldier experimenting with a new type of combat armor for the modern battlefield. The armor itself is a flexible metal material that bends around the host's body.
He doesn't have much to him to describe, other than that he is enhanced with electronics, fiber optics, and and micro-computers that help keep him alive. His armor, or -should I say, -life support system, has numerous characteristics that guarantee his survival. His suite is made of a carbonic flexible metal the has bonded permanantly with his epidermis, and thus, forbids him from ever leaving it. The primary color is blinding reflective white, with a solide gun-metal gray chest plate, with chrome "collar bones". His flesh is a pale white-cream color, with striking green eyes. His hair is pure white, and has a single scar running down his left cheek.
Sexual Orientation: N/A Bio-Engineered, but I suppose the Army didn't want their soldiers to be gay?

Positive Traits:
- Honor - Raiden himself is in debt with honor, mainly due to his programing that impells him to follow orders, despite his personal impute. He is generally unrelectant to follow orders, and will execute them without hesitation, making him virtually a foot soldier without a personality.
- Teamwork - The MKIII, though powerful, is vulnerable when without others to support it. Being used on the for-fronts of the front lines, these cyborg ninjas are often folded into manned infantry units, and thus, execute orders as a team. They've proven reliable, and thus more, deadly.
- Social Skills - Though genetically hindered for many reasons, Raiden himself, is in fact full human. He speaks like a normal person, acts like one, but when he engages his combat visor, things change, and he becomes something else, what he was born and created to be - a killer.
- Martial Ars - He is trained in multiple martial arts, to include CQC and modern Army combatives, to include disarming, restraining, and incapacitating resisting opposition. Trained in a proficient level of less-than-lethal, and lethal CQC, he is just as dangerous up close, than he is from afar.
- Improvisional - Raiden, himself, has a good sense of improvision. As such, he uses his environment to aid him in combat, or to get out of combat. Equiped with a recieving SONAR, he can virtually scan an object - and with that, determine it's use, both lethal and none-lethal.
- Handling - Raiden has supurb handling over his armored suit, and great speed. Connected with military societies, he can determine both a strategic point of action from a none-strategic point of action. As such, others like him have saved numbers of armed units throughout the war.
- Awareness - Alert to every move, every twitch of a muscle, every nerve in the human body, Raiden can interpret the next opponents move almost effortlessly. Integrating a Threat-Fail-Safe *TFS System* his armor can initiate an auto-dodge if he fails to see it, involuntarily allowing him to dodge a bullet, or strike through frequency sensors lined in the armor.
- Loyalty - Though used as a weapon, molded for political means, and to ensure security, he has a sense of loyalty that never dies. Once determined to an objective, he will never see it fail, he will not quite, and he will never leave a fallen comrad behind, living -or dead.
Negative Traits
- Patience Raiden's patience is somewhat complicated to explain, as his armor is programed to simply seek out and destroy the enemy no matter the costs. Being idle simply forbids what he was created to do, as such - he can never really just sit in one place.
- Paranoia -He was made to expect all, and everything. Don't touch him, don't hug him, and don't throw a punch at him. His TFS will indicate that you are a hostile threat, and will determine if you either need to be neautralised, or incapacitated.
- Temper - Everything needs an energy source, and that's exactly what the MKIII uses. Lined with multiple adrenaline receptors, the suit feeds off of adrenaline, which is normally used to thin blood to increase flow, and maximize performance. It is because of this, that he can often reign destruction in a short amount of time.
- Control - He was bred for one purpose, war. He was never meant to live in a civilian world, never meant to walk outside his armor. He was bred to live, and die in the armor. -Nothing more. This is often the cause of his "tantrums" which usually end up in massacre.
- Courage - You may determine this not to be negative characteristic, but in the end, it can. He has too much of it, he simply doesn't let anything stop him. They often say that courage if fear lasting a second longer, and that it's fear that keeps us alive. Raiden will not stop, no matter how big the gun, or how large the enemy formation is. He lives to kill.
- Trapped - He can never leave the suit he wears, it has bonded permanently with his epidermis, and has connected with his nervs, and spinal cord, to include his brainstem. As to prevent falling in the hands of the enemy, in case Raiden were to flat-line in battle, after one hour the armor will begine a enter FAIL-GUARD, and initiate a destruction mode, preventing the technology from falling into the wrong hands. As such, Raiden feels he is trapped, and that the machines are often beginning to take over. He often feels that the wires running through his flesh are getting larger, and that everything he knows, everything he feels, everythng he has done, was all the system.
- Memories - He was cloned from one by the name of Jack Quasor, and as such, he often has memories to the original Jack. Memories that don't belong to him. A wife he knows nothing about, a child he never held, a home that he never truely lived in. It often plagues his mind, and haunts him dearly.
- Love - He simply doesn't have it. Nor can he ever. He was altered, and rendered steril to provent him from reproducing, as to avoid the enemy gaining copies of his genetical code, as well as terminator genes to kill him when a certain code-by-frequency was acquinted. He's nothing more than a killer, and in a sense, that's all he loves.
(Added to form) - Attributes - All MKIII's have extensive training for five years before deployed into a combat zone, ranging from combatives, to martial arts, weapons training, and pefected with combat maneuvers to make them less machine, and more human. Each session is taught by hardened veterans of war, to inlude high ranking officials, and masters in the martial arts fields.
Weapons training begines at year two, and are trained to become profound with various types of weapon grades, to include handguns, submachine guns, to assault rifles, and light machine guns, to explosives. Specially trained in CQB (Close Quarters Battle) they specialize in compact weapon designs to include bull-pup configurations such as the Tavor Modern Assault Rifle, and the P-90 Submachine Gun.
All weapons are customized for the user, to include a built in targeting acquisition which patches into the NANO machines to allow the user to target a hostile threat, and neautralise it before it has a chance to strike.
Martial arts training begins at year three and is where the MKIII's become acquinted with highly sophisticated martial arts, to include CQC training, and combatives courses to disarm and incapacitate none-lethally. Lethal training begines approxiametly six months later, only once the MKIII has mastered the none-lethal means, and is instructed by marines. Though this, they learn to effectively neautralize a threat in the event that the MKIII becomes disarmed, or runs out of ammunition. It is also in this phase, where the MKIII is introduced to alternative weapons, to include high frequency blades, and knives. They are trained extensively through martial arts masters, and trainers world wide, and may last as long as it takes, or until the individual masters the skills.

History -
His name was Jack Quasor, a military resistance leader when the military government fell into power under an economic crises, as such, he lead a rebellion against the soldiers, and was killed in action after a long and enduring battle. He was friends with a Benjamen Frank Yozman - chief in bio-engineering, and a Doctor Naomi Grahm Hunter - director of micro-cybernetics (NANO Technology). They were both heart-broken at his death, but for them, he wasn't just an irreplacable icon, no... he was an irreplaceable friend. Every figure needs it's icon to control the people, whether it be the stars and stripes, or the hammer and sickle. And as such, they embarked on a new experiment, one that would come as a medical breakthrough, and evolve the ways of science in all ways that none could ever imagen.
The military was what funded the project, code named, OPERATION: FOX HOUND, they used cells from Jack Quasor's corps to create a via-nitro fertilization, and implanted the fertilized egg into a serogant mother, cloning Jack Quasor.
Despite the remarkable appearance to the original Jack Quasor, he was born with severe birth defects, including transparent flesh throughout 80% of his body, and lack a sufficient core-temperature to keep his body alive. It was due to this, that he was raised in a thermal environment, and at the same time, were wondering if their experiment was an all out failure. When the military proposed to shut the project down due to failure, Yozman and Hunter proposed a new idea, and thus, introduced the MKIII Tengu, a state of the art weaponized life-support system. One that could keep the legend of Jack Quasor -alive, even in death.
During the procedure, Jack Quasor died of cardiac arrest, but this was utterly ignored, and thus -he was placed into the armor anyways. And once the component was installed into his brain, the armor proceeded in giving electronic signals that his brain ceased to deliver, and thus, kept him alive.
Due to him being a living corps -he has a sombre voice that is choked, and often feared, as if speaking with a rope around one's throat. Connected to an AI network, the armor feeds off information inhibited by electronics, giving him schematics through a combat visor. Though powerful, strong, and vigilant, the armor was made for a specific purpose... -speed. And thus, it lacks sufficient protection around many areas of his body. The flexible metal is almost not like metal at all, -but to him - normal flesh.
In fact, his blood too, is artificial, a regenerating synthetic plasma solution enriched in NANO machines that replicate lost or damaged tissue -WHITE BLOOD. However, in order to regenerate, it causes him to enter a stasis lock, proventing him from moving, or even staying awake. In the human medical level, this can be called "Shock" -when the body shuts down to repair itself, or from an adrenaline overdrive.
Equiped with state of the art weaponry, trained in mutliple martial arts, including CQC, and combatives, he is deadly, though vulnerable in ways many would not imagen. He is a weapon, bred for war, raised on conflict. And his hatred for being used has nonetheless, caused him to go mad. Often reliving visions of a life he knew nothing about, his death... the life he once had, the wife he never knew, the child that he never held; it plagues him, and has thus, stimulated a blood thirst that will forever drown his human soul.
They say that war transforms us, that it can turn us into beasts. Yet, somewhere in the shell of that suit, something human survives. A fragil, scared heart. And without the shell to protect it, it's like the yolk of an egg.
He has been convinced that fighting nonestop will free his soul, that it will ease the suffering, the pain, and the himuliation. That his true life will unfold before him when his rage is at ease, and thus, has been released into the world to find the one who will allow him to atone for his sins.
When the war started over the NANO implant uploads, the US Army used the opportunity to test their new creation, and as such, proved as a success. In return, these super soldier as they were called began mass production, and were soon deployed to conflicts world wide to neautralise the situation.
When his contract was ended, the military had debated on uploading him for use with another program. Being a human, he was entitled to certain rights, and as such, against his will, he reviled, and killed hundreds of talented doctors and scientist. Somehow managing to remove the FAIL-GUARD without killing himself, he is virtually undetectable, and despite the transmitter implanted in his bone marrow, he can be found, but he cannot be captured. There's a saying that goes, "never give a machine too much power", in this instance, Raiden is a prime example.
It can be questionable if he is in fact more human than machine, or more machine than human. Access to tactical ethernet through a transmitter, access to government files, and security agencies world wide has allowed him to run freely against the political means. A true asset to the resistance. In short, it can be summed up in a single quote... "It is the way of men to create monsters... it's the nature of monsters to destroy their creators..."
